Comedian Hannah Gadsby unravels the apparently simple practice of recreating our own nude human form. Taking a close look at one of the most enduring subjects in western art history.

Hannah doesn’t smile much and she laughs even less. For a comedian, that’s a bit like being a Transformer who doesn’t fancy driving. But don’t let that deter you. There is great pleasure to be had in laughing at her. Barry Award-nominated for Best Show at the 2011 Melbourne Comedy Festival (where she had to be moved to a bigger venue following ticket demand) and for Best Comedy at the prestigious 2011 Helpmann Award, Mrs Chuckles is a tale of mild success and utter failure told in a manner of vague indifference and total incredulity. It is mostly funny and only fleetingly offensive.

Hannah is an award-winning comic who just wants a quiet chat about the importance of self-destructive behaviour and the benefits of defective memories.

Three teenagers are plunged into a nightmare when their sex lives are shared online. What do you do when private content goes public?

Penned by Emanuela Canonico, Valerio D’Annunzio, Matteo Menduni and Giulio Fabroni, Nudes recounts the experiences of a group of teenagers who find themselves contending with the online posting of sexual images, and ventures into the insidious world of social media, utilising an intimate form of language and adopting the viewpoint of its young protagonists. The series tackles the phenomenon of revenge porn with a modern and realistic outlook on adolescents, but it also opens the eyes of adult audiences to the dangerous relationship between the internet and sexuality for the younger members of our societies.
